Contact-request data
The form collects name, email, optional phone, optional state, preferred contact method, provider of interest, optional message and consent status. We use it only to answer the request and explain business-banking information. Do not submit financial account numbers, tax IDs, government IDs, passwords, card data or payment information.
Contact method
Our internal employee may contact you by email or phone according to your selection. We do not use automated calls or text messages. If phone is selected, a phone number is required.
Retention and location
Requests are delivered to our company email and processed in the United States. We retain them for no longer than 30 days, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is legally required.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell the information, transfer leads to banks, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Only our internal team handles a request. Email and hosting providers may process data solely to deliver or secure the service under their terms.
Embedded Google Maps
The Contact page contains an embedded Google Maps frame so visitors can view the company address. Loading that frame connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
The site can be configured for Google Analytics 4, but analytics loads only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics” and only when a valid measurement ID has been added to the central configuration. Necessary storage remembers the visitor’s privacy choice. Select “Cookie settings” in the footer to change it.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your request, or withdraw contact consent, by emailing us. We will stop contacting you for this request and remove the record unless retention is legally required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or email system is guaranteed secure. Use a bank’s verified channel for application documents.
Children
This business-oriented service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. New analytics, advertising or lead-sharing services must be disclosed before activation.
